RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION

A MINIMUM of 48-Hours Notice is required prior to your scheduled appointment time, with no exceptions.

If you do not cancel on time / or not at all, the price of 1 full session will be charged or 1 full session

will be deducted from the Tapping Well Sessions Package which you purchased.

TAPPING WELL 30-min FREE EXPLORATION SESSION

No cancellation fee applies to this offer.

However, 24 hours’ courtesy notice would be greatly appreciated.

BLOCK OF SESSIONS

You can cancel at any time and you get your money back MINUS the number of session hours you have used x Revised Session Rate (based on the equivalent hourly rate of the next highest session rate from the one paid for). * 

Refund Calculation Example:

If you purchase a Tapping Well – 8, which is a block of 8 hours, and cancel after using 5 hours, the refund is $202.48*:

  • Price of Tapping Well-8 block = $640.00
  • Number of sessions used = 5
  • Number of unused sessions for refund = (8-5) = 3
  • Revised session unit price applied to sessions used = Unit rate of next high session package block offered i.e., (Tapping Well – 4) = ($340.00/4) = $85.00/session
  • Recalculated new price for used sessions = (5 hours x $85.00/session) = $425.00
  • Refund due before application of Refund Charges*= ($640.00 – $425.00) = $215.00*
  • Actual Refund due with charges applied = $215.00- [$5.00 + (215.00 x 3.5%] = [$215.00 – $12.53]
  • Final Refund to be paid = $202.48

*ALL Refunds are subject to a $5.00 administration charge plus a 3.5% credit card transaction fee.

This way you can buy a larger package just in case the extra time is needed at a more economical session rate, without fear of losing out, with fair recompense on both sides.

TAPPING WELL BLOCKS – EXPIRY / CONVERSION TO CREDIT

Session Blocks are intended as a series of sessions to address specific current issues or a series of issues. Therefore, they have an expiry time calculated as 3 weeks x the number of package session hours. 

Sample Calculation:

The Tapping Well 4 – 4-hour package has an expiry of 4 x 3 weeks = 12 weeks after purchase. After this time, the outstanding hours become a credit (calculated as per CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY above) which can be used against future bookings.

Please note that if the credit is used to purchase a new package that is subsequently cancelled (or partly cancelled) then the amount of that credit is non-refundable.

IMPORTANT:
After a total of 12 months from the purchase date, any unused credit expires and cannot be used.
